She has over 15 years of experience in private practice, with a specialized focus on using ketogenic diets for mental illness and neurological disorders. Nicole is one of the distinguished recipients of the Metabolic Mind Award in 2022, an honor bestowed by the Baszucki Brain Research Fund, recognizing her pioneering work in this field. She also serves on the Clinical Advisory Board for Metabolic Mind and leads a working group dedicated to publishing case studies on ketogenic diets in the clinical psychology and psychiatry literature.
